My name is Anthony S. De Stefano. My spiritual name is Day Starr because I am bringing the light of the Sun to earth. Living in love, I have learned and continually learn how to heal holistically through many sources. Iv’e experienced death multiple times crossing over to the spirit world and learning from my spirit guides how to use my gifts, truth and love vibration enhancing my connection to mother earth and galaxies beyond. I channel messages and information to raise the collective vibration of humanity.
I live and practice holistic healing in a balance between mind, body, spirit, emotional and intellectual selves. My job is to teach others to reach their own potential through their own abilities. Together we find the cause of our dis-ease and through multiple modalities we can reach homeostasis. To live in wellness… My goal is for you to be your own healer by living in harmony with SELF and NATURE.
Shekinah Blu Sophia is my spirit name. I go by Blu. This name was presented to me on a land healing journey in Mexico. Shekinah represents divine presence. Blu represents both sea and sky, truth, blue dragon energy, and freedom. Sophia is the embodiment of the Goddess of wisdom and Mother of all. The divine feminine, source, creator, the heart of the earth. I follow the path of no risk no magic. I am a spiritual teacher, ascension guide, energy practitioner, womb healer, intuitive herbalist and keeper of the sacred ceremonies. I have been dedicated to spirit for as long as I can remember. My life’s purpose is to journey in accessing my full potential self by raising my vibration through love and shadow work while simultaneously nurturing the balance of Mother Gaia and her ways. transmuting energies and experiences into their highest frequency by connecting to our roots, each other and our purpose.
My life has been an extraordinary one. I refer to it as the hero’s journey. The journey into the great mystery of light that continues to leave me in a state of awe with its boundless and limitless human spirit. Each one of us has the capacity to walk this path. I have been able to feel energies around people and places since I was a child. I am able to tune into the essence of one’s spirit and see things about them their spirit wants to reveal to me. My work with sacred plant medicine and plant magic comes from first hand knowledge and personal experience with self and others. I am able to hold space for self and others when transforming negative energetic states from within releasing old self generated and inherited emotional and mental patterns (Programming). I have learned that with the use of plant medicine and shadow work we can clear our energetic field of ancestral traumas and unhealthy patterns and return to a state of holistic wellbeing. I am a keeper of ancient secrets and have direct access to universal wisdom aka akashic records. We all have this capability. The keys to healing and freedom are within. As we heal ourselves we heal the collective.
